For more than three decades, Gregg Wasiak has helped organizations clarify who they are, what they stand for, and the ideas that bring their brands to life.
From 1999–2021 he was co-partner of the award-winning agency Concept Farm, helping lead it to recognition as Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year. Along the way, Gregg’s work earned many of the industry’s top creative and effectiveness honors, from Effies to Cannes Lions.
In 2022 he founded Cultiv8ors to focus on high-level brand transformation and strategic leadership engagements. His work centers on helping leadership teams clarify direction, strengthen brand platforms, and translate strategy into clear, focused creative expression.
In an era where AI is rapidly transforming how content is produced, Gregg believes the brands that endure will be those built on clear ideas, authentic human insight, and disciplined platforms that can scale across every channel.
He is a member of the Directors Guild of America, a frequent guest lecturer at universities including USC’s Marshall School of Business, and a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
